What Junie is

Junie is a multi-tenant agent platform: you sign up, you get one or more long-lived AI agents, and you reach them through the web app, native clients, chat platforms, SMS, or voice. The agents speak to upstream LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, others) on your behalf.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t use Junie to send unsolicited messages, spam, or traffic disallowed by the underlying carriers (US 10DLC and toll-free rules apply to SMS).
  • Don’t use Junie to harass, defraud, or impersonate another person.
  • Don’t use Junie to generate, store, or distribute content that’s illegal where you’re using it.
  • Don’t attempt to compromise the platform, exfiltrate other users’ data, or evade per-account quotas.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that the upstream LLM / carrier providers ask us to stop serving.

SMS messaging

By provisioning a phone number you’re agreeing to be the sender of record for any SMS that originates from it. You are responsible for obtaining consent from the recipients you text and for honoring opt-outs. See the SMS opt-in policy for the consent flow Junie supports.

Standard messaging rules:

  • Message frequency: variable, driven by your agent’s use case. We do not impose a fixed cap; carriers may rate-limit.
  • Message and data rates may apply from the recipient’s wireless carrier.
  • Recipients can text STOP to opt out and HELP to receive support information at any time.
  • Support: email support@junie.ai.

Billing

Plan-tier billing is recurring and managed through Stripe. Metered usage (extra phone numbers, voice minutes, SMS volume beyond the plan’s allowance, model tokens beyond the included pool) is billed monthly in arrears. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimer

Junie is provided as-is. Outputs from upstream LLMs are probabilistic and may contain mistakes; verify important results yourself. We do not guarantee uptime or output correctness, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
