Privacy policy

What we collect

Junie collects only the data you give us in order to run your agents:

• Account details — email, name, password hash.
• Phone number(s) you provision through the messaging panel, plus the SMS you exchange with your agents.
• Agent memory and conversation history — the things you ask your agents and the responses they produce.
• OAuth tokens for any integrations you connect (Google Workspace, etc.) — stored encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
• Usage telemetry — request counts, error rates, model token spend. Used to enforce per-account quotas and bill metered usage. Never sold or shared for marketing.

What we do with it

We use the data exclusively to run the service you signed up for: provisioning agent pods, routing your SMS / voice / chat messages, persisting memory across sessions, and billing for usage. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We pass message content to upstream LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) only when an agent is actively responding to you, and only for that purpose. Each provider operates under its own data-use policy; you can choose which provider your agents use in Settings.

SMS specifics

When you provision a phone number via the platform, your phone number, the agent it’s bound to, and the messages exchanged on it pass through Twilio (our messaging carrier) and then through Junie. Inbound SMS webhooks are signature-verified against Twilio’s HMAC; we drop unsigned traffic.

Senders can text STOP to opt out, in line with US carrier requirements; we will not message that number again from that agent. HELP returns a short description of the service and a link back to support.

Retention & deletion

Account-scoped data lives until you delete the account. Deleting an agent erases its memory store, conversation history, and mounted secrets within minutes. Logs and operational telemetry are retained for up to 90 days.
